FIRST STEP - Meet in Person & Create a Dream Home List
Let's sit down and get to know each other, then make a wish list of for your next home. Please complete the "Buyer's Packet", which you can download by clicking the image to the right. This will ensure that we are on the same page from the start.
SECOND STEP - Get Pre-Approved
Unless you are buying with all cash, getting pre-approved is a vital step in the buying process. A qualified lender will conduct a full review and provide you with the purchase amount for which you are approved.
THIRD STEP - Schedule Showings & Visit Properties
You will select your top choices from the list of available properties that I will send to you, and we will coordinate a day and time that works with your schedule to visit each property. Scheduling must be confirmed     24-28 hours prior to the visit. Fall in love with your dream home or investment property!
FOURTH STEP - Make an Offer on Your Dream Home
Once an offer is submitted, one of three things may happen: offer is rejected; offer is accepted; or the seller will counteroffer. We will discuss these possible scenarios, and have a strategy in place for how to handle each one.
FIFTH STEP - Get Offer Accepted, Get Property Appraised, and Conduct an Inspection
 
Once the offer is accepted, then it becomes imperative to finalize your financing in preparation for closing. The property will also be appraised to guarantee that the price of the home matches the condition of the home, and an inspection will be conducted to verify that the home is in working order and there are no major issues to report. Depending on the findings, some terms may need to be renegotiated.
SIXTH STEP - Complete Closing & Get Your Keys
Once we have the green light to move forward, get ready to sign, sign, sign! Bring your down payment and all of the paperwork relevant to the transaction. Get your keys!
FINAL STEP - Celebrate!
Congratulations, you're now a homeowner! Smile for the camera, get ready for hugs and handshakes, and then open up a bottle of bubbly to toast to your new home!
